How to prepare for Logical Reasoning Section of SBI PO 2018 exam?

State Bank of India conducts SBI PO exam every year. It has three sections in Prelims exam namely, English Language, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. Out these Reasoning is one of the scoring sections though a massive one.

Choose the topics to focus while preparing for SBI PO Prelims reasoning section:
To choose the important topics first of all make the list of all the topics and then pick the mostly asked topics from those.

1. Identify the Patterns of the questions related to topics like Input-Output and Order
Solve as many questions as you can on the topics Input –Output and Order. Preferably take the questions from the previous year question papers to ensure the pattern. Thereafter, make a note in your diary or register regarding the patterns appearing as it will help you at the time of revision.
It will have two types of patterns as:
  • Pattern in Alphabetical orders which are based on vowels and consonants, letters from staring and end etc.
  • Pattern in case of numerical values which are based on even-odd, prime and composite, multiples etc.
  • In case you could not identify the pattern within 2 minutes, it is better to leave the question and proceed further. Though it’s a rare question to be asked yet you can prepare on the safer side.
  • It is highly recommended to plan your study time-table topic wise and practice each and every topic after you have studied it thoroughly.
2. Revise regularly
Revision of already covered topics is a must. Make a routine to solve topic tests based on topics already covered by you. It will enhance your memory and efficiency in the subject.

3. Practice extensively
The best way to practice and be perfect in your exam preparation is to join SBI PO online test series and take one test each day. 4. Acquire Speed with Accuracy
