Which is easy to clear IBPS RRB or IBPS PO?

Both IBPS RRB and IBPS PO exams are conducted by a Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS. Last year the level of difficulty of questions were significantly high in PO where as RRB Prelims had time management constraints.
