  3. Officer Scale-III: Rs. 38,000/- to Rs. 44,000/-
  4. Office Assistant: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 19,000/-
The salary paid for the IBPS RRB Jobs & other PSB’s are almost same, but allowances might changes.

IBPS RRB Officer Career Growth -
After successfully completing the probation period, the candidates are appointed as Assistant Manager in any Gramin Bank. On the basis of experience and performances of the candidates, the candidates get promoted and the sequence of vertical career growth is given below.  
  • Assistant Manager
  • Manager
  • Senior Manager
  • Chief Manager
  • Assistant General Manager
  • Deputy General Manager
  • General Manager
It must be noted that the promotion of employee in RRBs will take more time than normal PSBs.

IBPS RRB Officer Scale-I
The Job and Work Profile for Officer Scale-I is similar to a Probationary Officer in PSBs. In the event of being selected for the said post, a candidate have to serve 2 years (may vary from one bank to another) of Probation Period after which the candidate are appointed as Assistant Manager in the assigned Regional Rural Bank. The profile of the job and work responsibilities of an Officer Scale-I comprise of public relation dealing, monitoring and regulating branch activities and tasks, addressing customer related issues grievances, approving and to monitor daily branch and customer transactions and to conduct various loan processing.

IBPS RRB Office Assistant
The Job profile of an Office Assistant in RRB is very similar to a Clerk in any Public-Sector Banks. It is considered to be opening designation in the hierarchy of RRB and PSU bank jobs. They have to deal with the front desk work and customer handling issues and also have to look into customer related issues. They have to work at the single window operations like managing inquiry corners, withdrawal, managing receipts etc. In addition, they have to deal with opening new accounts, cash collection, issuing bank statements and handling mails and delivery.
